Our story began with a passion for education and a commitment to making a difference. Founded by Jaime Portillo, who has been teaching CPR and first-aid since 2010, H.A.L.O. LLC (Health and Lifesaving Opportunities) grew out of a simple goal: to empower people of all ages to be prepared in emergencies.    

With certifications from the American Red Cross, HSI, and the American Heart Association, we transformed this experience into a business in 2022 to reach more individuals and organizations across the country. This journey has been about sharing skills and knowledge that save lives, helping people act confidently when it matters most. Today, we’re proud to be a mobile, nationwide provider that meets people where they are, tailoring each training experience to their specific needs and settings. We bring years of expertise to our clients, ensuring that each participant, from healthcare professionals to parents, feels ready to respond in emergencies.
